Welcome to BBK Tours. By using bbktours.com you agree to these terms and conditions. They apply to the day trips, tours, transfers and vehicles with driver booked through the website, by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail.

1. Booking conditions

All bookings are subject to availability.
A request sent through the website is a booking request: it is confirmed once we send a written confirmation (WhatsApp or e-mail) stating the service, date, time, pickup point and price.
Tour prices are per person and transfer prices per vehicle and per way. What is included or not (entrance fees, meals, guides) is stated in each description.

2. Payment

Payment terms are specified when you book (cash in dirhams or euros, or bank transfer). No payment is taken on the website.
Partial or full payment in advance may be required for some services.

3. Cancellation conditions and refunds

Cancellation policies vary by service and are outlined when you book.
Refund eligibility depends on the notice period and the terms of the service.
To cancel, contact us as early as possible by WhatsApp, phone or e-mail.

4. Changes to the programme

We may change an itinerary because of weather, safety or unforeseen circumstances.
In case of a significant change, we notify you promptly and offer an alternative or a refund.

5. Responsibilities

Travellers provide accurate information, follow local laws and are responsible for their travel documents (passport, visa: see the official Moroccan National Tourist Office information).
BBK Tours is not liable for personal injury, loss or damage arising from participation in tours.
Travellers are responsible for their insurance cover.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the website is owned by BBK Tours or its licensors. Unauthorised use or reproduction is prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BBK Tours is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Moroccan courts.

9. Changes to these terms and conditions
