FAQ

Tangier travel FAQ: everything to know before booking

How do I book a tour or a transfer?

Click “Book now” or “Get a quote” on the page of your choice and fill in the form. We confirm availability and price by WhatsApp or e-mail, usually within two hours.

Do I have to pay online?

No. No online payment is required: the payment terms (cash in euros or dirhams, or bank transfer) are confirmed when you book. A deposit may be requested for multi-day tours.

What is your cancellation policy?

It depends on the service and is stated when you book or in your quote. If your plans change, let us know as early as possible by WhatsApp or e-mail.

Are prices per person or per vehicle?

Tours are shown per person and transfers per vehicle. The final, always fixed price is confirmed before departure.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, baby seats, child seats and boosters are free. Just give the children’s ages when booking.

How much luggage can I bring?

One suitcase and one cabin bag per passenger. For bulky equipment (golf, bikes, boards), let us know and we will adapt the vehicle.

Do your drivers speak English?

Our drivers speak Arabic and French, and most also speak English and Spanish. Official guides are available in several languages.

What if my flight or ferry is late?

We track your arrival in real time and your driver adapts the pickup time to your actual arrival.

Do I need a passport to come from Spain by ferry?

What is the time difference between Spain and Morocco?
