Personal data we collect

When you send a booking, quote or contact request, we collect the information you enter: name, e-mail address, phone and WhatsApp number, requested service, dates, number of travellers, pickup points, flight or ferry number and message. We also record the originating page and anonymised technical data to fight spam.

How we use it

This data is used only to handle your request, organise your transport, contact you through the channel you chose and meet our legal and accounting obligations. It is never sold or used for advertising without your consent.

Sharing

Your information is available to the BBK Tours team and, when necessary, to the driver or guide in charge of your service. It may be stored by our web hosting provider and our e-mail delivery service.

Retention

Requests are kept for a maximum of three years after the last contact and then deleted, unless a longer legal retention period applies (invoicing).

Your rights over your personal data

Under Moroccan law 09-08 (supervised by the CNDP) and the GDPR for EU residents, you have the right to access, correct, erase and object to the processing of your data. To exercise it, write to us through the contact page.

We may update this privacy policy to reflect a new service or a change in the law: the version published on this page is always the one in force. We reply within one month at the latest.
